Bloomquist Jean dahlia tuber - LIMIT 1 per household

This whimsical dahlia looks like something out of a Dr. Seuss book. Her bright orange pedals curl at the ends. This is a TALL plant - mine is nearly 8 ft this season. She is a late bloomer for me, and the plant only produces about 3 blooms at a time. But the blooms are stunning, and I will plant her every year!
